QUADING (Minimum 30 pax)
A fun filled race day or half day.
Activity – full race setup. Group divided in to teams.
Let the race begin

TREASURE HUNT
Hunt for treasure all over the property. All treasure has a financial value.
The winning team takes home the prize.
This creates the sense of urgency and a competitive spirit.

FORTUNE TELLING
Design a banner how you foresee the company in the future.
Divide in to two groups, divide the banner in half and each team paints. Then each team tries to understand each groups ideas.

SURVIVOR TEAM CHALLENGE
This is a fun interactive programme where teams participate in various challenges. Creating a team flag; a war cry; ‘bug’ eating relay; tumbling towers; leading the blind; fire race; water transfer; tyre juggle; stilts and many more….

QUIDICH MATCH
A fun based activity on brooms (similar to hockey) devised from Harry Potter.

POTIONS (Minimum 40 pax)
A flare-er to show how to make potions.
Everyone is divided in to teams, they make their own potion and try to flare.
Drinks included.

RIVER RAFTING / ABSAILING
Off-site 45 minutes (Transport extra)
Half day – 7Km river race with guides and safety equipment.
Absailing – Half day exercise. Qualified instructors and all equipment.

ARCHERY
A fun team activity. Games include bulls eye; killer and 501.

FROG DERBY
This enable you to experience an afternoon of frog racing.

DRUMMING

INDOOR CHALLENGE
Radio controlled mini racers. Towering food; levitation; around the world; memory and many more….

MOVIE MAKING (30 pax or more)
Fun and highly interactive programme. Teams are given a kit and must produce a movie.

Off site – 10Km away. Price in accordance to numbers.

RAFT BUILDING
Large or mini – to be tested in the pool.
Plan and build your own raft and put it to the test!

KETTY SHOOTING
Those were the day’s. Become young again. Targets are plastic bottles.

MAP AND COMPASS
Find your way with a challenging experience.

AMAZING TANGO
Visit a country. Do activities known to that country and have a drink native to that country. Snacks known to that country can also be used.

MICROLIGHTING (Available on site)
Price to be arranged in accordance to numbers.

Terms and conditions

  • In order to secure your venue, we would require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
  • Upon receipt of payment, your booking will be confirmed.
  • Once you have reserved a date for your function, we would require a arrangements & contract form to be completed.
  •  We are happy to hold a booking for fourteen working days from the date of booking. If the booking deposit is not paid by the required date, Lapeng Conference & Event Centre reserves the right to cancel a provisional booking without any notice to the client.
  • Our venues are fully licensed and all alcohol consumed at your conference must be provided by us.
  • No alcohol may be brought in by you for your Conference without prior arrangement.
  • All prices are based on estimates, including VAT at 14%, and may be revised should your expected numbers change or should market related food prices fluctuate.
  • Final numbers must be confirmed 1 week before your function, and will be charged accordingly.
  • We will endeavour to fulfil requests for specific rooms, although we cannot guarantee this.
  • The client shall be responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment therein, by any act or omission of the client or guests/employees of the client. The client will be responsible for the safe keeping of, or any damage caused to equipment hired on their behalf.
  • All day functions must terminate by 17h00 unless a later time is agreed in writing with the hotel, at the time the booking is made. .
  • Evening functions must terminate by midnight unless a later time is agreed in writing with the hotel, at the time the booking is made.
