Pula Main Conference Room
Pula, the Main Conference room seats 200 guests Banquet Style. The Conference Centre also has four breakaway rooms. Please note that this venue requires a dance floor which should be hired for your own account.

Nala Restaurant with mountain views
Our cozy Nala restaurant leads off the main reception area, allowing guests to stay under cover at all times. Once in the dining room your guests will be able to enjoy the wonderful African cuisine and atmosphere.

The Hide away
The Private Dining Room is a very quaint area, which leads off to our upper terrace.
Max 80 pax- no Dance Floor

Uncovered Terrace
Delight, dazzle and amaze is exactly what you will get from this venue with the sky above you, fresh air and a view of central Johannesburg’s flickering lights at night.
Please note in the case of bad weather, an additional refundable deposit will be charged for the use of the lower terrace.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Should your Breakfast/Lunch/Evening function exceed 12h00/17h00/24h00 respectively there will be an additional surcharge per hour.
  • Final rounds at bar are called at 23h30
  • Last song played 23h50 pm
  • DJ and all guest to leave at 24h00
  • The bridal couple stay responsible for guests leaving at 24h00 even if they leave earlier than guests. After hours surcharge will still be applicable
  • Final numbers are required 14 DAYS prior to the Function. We will cater for that number and charge accordingly.
  • All prices increase annually.
  • Vegetarians can be catered for upon your request. Please advise us beforehand.
  • Children under 12-Half price
  • Final payment is required 7 days prior to the function.

ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES

  • In order to secure your venue, we would require a deposit
    . Where after you are allowed to make continuous  payments until 1 week before the function.
  • Upon receipt of payment, your booking will be confirmed.
  • Once you have reserved a date for your function, we would require a arrangements & contract to be completed.

   ALCOHOL RESTRICTIONS
Our venues are fully licensed and all alcohol consumed at your function must be provided by us.

  ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We are able to do flowers arrangements, cakes and arrange décor. Please ask our coordinator for a quote.
